Established in 1972, the brand was born as Japan’s first fashion eyewear designed to be "worn like an article of clothing."

The brand began with the vision of transforming eyeglasses from mere "medical devices" into a form of fashion. Under the supervision of Kensuke Ishizu, who led VAN JACKET, it pioneered the new concept of "eyewear as clothing."

With a foundation in Japanese aesthetics and the exquisite craftsmanship of Sabae, the brand offers high-quality designs that blend seamlessly into daily life. In 1985, it was discovered by the renowned Los Angeles boutique MOSCOT, paving the way for its global expansion.
