Prices including tax are displayed on individual product pages.

Additional charges
Shipping; bank transfer fees for bank transfer payments; cash-on-delivery fees; and a JPY 220 fee per convenience-store payment, payable by the customer.

Shipping within Japan
A flat JPY 880 including tax. Delivery is generally by Yamato Transport, but another carrier may be used. In-store pickup is free. We will email you when your order is ready to collect.

Payment methods and timing
Credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay: payment is confirmed when you place your order.
PayPal: when payment is completed through PayPal.
Bank transfer: within seven days of ordering.
Cash on delivery: pay the delivery driver on receipt.
Convenience-store payment (prepayment): within seven days of ordering. This method cannot be used for payments over JPY 300,000.

Dispatch
In-stock items are usually dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Pre-orders and made-to-order items follow the timing on the product page. Pre-orders are dispatched in sequence after arrival. Orders containing multiple items may be dispatched once all items are ready. Production, transport, weather or carrier conditions may cause delays.

Returns and exchanges
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personal reasons. For defective items, an incorrect item or customisation, or damage in transit, contact us, preferably within seven days of delivery. We will review the details and respond, for example with an exchange. We pay return and exchange shipping costs when the issue is our responsibility. Paid options such as tinted lenses are made to your specifications and cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged for personal reasons once production begins. The seven-day period is a guideline to help us respond promptly and does not limit your statutory rights.
