The "U-129RS DFW" is a DOWNTOWN exclusive colorway that pairs deep, clear blue acetate with a white gold inner metal rim.

It is based on the updated specs of "U-129," a popular staple model from YUICHI TOYAMA. While inheriting the charm of the original, improvements have been made to the frame thickness and structural details.

The front features a crown panto shape, combining a rounded contour with a linear brow line—a design that balances softness with neatness within a classic aesthetic. The beveled edges along the brow line create shadows depending on the lighting, enhancing the three-dimensional feel of the front.

The frame thickness has been increased from 5mm to 6mm, adding just the right amount of volume for a substantial presence. Additionally, the nose pad arms have been redesigned from a frame-embedded type to an integrated inner metal type, resulting in a cleaner look on the inside of the front.

This exclusive colorway features a hue that leverages the transparency of blue while maintaining a calm, deep quality.
