DETAIL|Arrowhead and hairline decorations. Exquisite work emerging from within the black.

The "DEALAN" is a signature JACQUES MARIE MAGE model. The DEALAN-TI is a reconstruction of that characteristic silhouette in titanium.

It features the sharp edges unique to metal on a slightly upswept Wellington contour. Those who know the acetate DEALAN will be especially intrigued by the different expressions found in the same shape.

The front is crafted from a 6mm thick titanium plate. By combining press molding and precision machining, it creates a form with both thickness and dimensionality. How can the presence of a thick frame be expressed in metal? This is a piece that conveys that challenge just by looking at it.

Gloss and matte. Depth created by two shades of black.

Axel is a color that combines blacks of different textures. The shading that emerges within the black highlights the surfaces and edges of the frame. From the hairline decorations on the bridge and temples to the octagonal titanium nose pads, it is a finish that rewards you with discoveries even when viewed up close.

Recommended for

Those who love thick black frames and want to enjoy the differences in materials and structure. For those who want to take their usual style one step deeper.

DETAIL|Thick black front and deep blue. Decorations continuing from the hinge to the temple.

What first catches the eye is the volume produced by the 10mm thick Japanese acetate, followed by the blue glass lenses that add a deep hue to the eyes.

The square shape with rounded corners offers a soft expression amidst its strength. This is a model recommended for those who want to thoroughly enjoy thick-framed glasses as a design.

SMGR is a color that layers smoke gray on the back of the black front. It looks sharp from the front, and as you change the angle, the depth of the material becomes apparent.

Visible core wires and deep blue.

Inside the temples, there is the kind of exquisite decoration one expects from MATSUDA. Delicate work is housed within the voluminous frame. We paired it with the Osaka Eyewear Glass "JG BLUE" lens. The translucent blue adds a rich expression to the black and smoke gray frame. It is a combination where you can savor every material—the thickness of the frame, the metal decorations, and the color of the glass—all in one pair of glasses.

Recommended for

Those who love thick-framed sunglasses and are particular about lens texture and the look from the side.

03 / CONSIDERED IN EVERY PART

DETAIL|The deep luster of celluloid and the substantial metal rim.

A browline (Sirmont) model that combines a rounded Wellington shape with a thick brow. It makes an impression on the eyes while leaving a soft touch to the contour.

"BR" stands for BOLD RIM. The brow is made of 6mm thick celluloid, and that thickness highlights the material's deep luster.

The titanium rims and bridge also have a substantial feel, balancing the entire frame. Because the color scheme of black and silver is familiar, it draws your attention to the texture and proportions of each individual part.

Natural shell for the nose. Silver 925 for the temple ends.

For the nose pads that touch the skin, we use natural shell pads. At the temple ends, we have placed Silver 925 parts that adjust the front-to-back weight balance. Every single component has beauty and purpose. This is a detail we want you to see for yourself, especially if you have worn many different glasses before. Whether with a shirt or a jacket, or for everyday casual wear, you will feel the joy of wearing something meticulously crafted in your daily life.

Recommended for

Those who want their daily glasses to be satisfying in both material and tailoring. For those who value both their appearance when wearing them and the satisfaction of holding them in their hands.

04 / A DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE

New intrigue in a familiar shape.

SATO / Belel Ⅱ col.AS/P-1

SATO / Belel Ⅱ col.AS/P-1 full view
Wide metal rim and blue gradation. A three-dimensional take on the crown panto.

For those who have worn all the standard shapes, we hope you will take notice of SATO's Belel Ⅱ.

Inspired by the lines of classic automobiles, it features a three-dimensional titanium form. It is a crown panto with a slightly flat top and a relaxed, rounded bottom. The wide metal rim outlines that contour with strength.

With steps along the rim's edge and sharp contours, it holds the intrigue of a sculpture carved from a block of metal within a familiar, classic shape.

Even among silver tones, the luster differs.

AS/P-1 is a combination of antique silver and platinum. The overlap of a subdued texture and a bright luster highlights the intricate details. The temples feature linear decorations and circular motifs. Including the blue gradation lenses, this is a pair with highlights both from the front and the side. A limited-production model of 350 pieces, tailored by Japanese craftsmanship. If you are looking to add to your collection, a pair with such unique form is an interesting choice.

Recommended for

Those who have already enjoyed the standard shapes. From now on, for those who want to choose eyewear drawn to conceptual design and three-dimensional construction.
